I love this door. As you can seen, it’s old. It belongs to the Hall family on Camano Island, WA where it once was the first home for the family. The family had come over from Scandinavia to the island in WA where they decided to put their farm. I speculate they chose this location in the Great North West because the landscape simply reminded them of home. The wood for the house was split by hand from trees on the surrounding area. All the planks look to be original as well as the original door knob and hinges. I don’t exactly know how long ago it was built, but i am certain that it was long before my time. Many thanks again to the Hall family for the wonderful hospitality over the weekend.
